A film about a potent and iconic cocktail ritual invented by American West immigrants
Dec. 10, 2024 - The Torani beverage company, celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025, is giving its 60-year-old proprietary recipe for Torani Amer to Reno's Ferino Distillery free of charge. Ferino will take over production of the most popular ingredient of the Picon Punch, the Basque American cocktail found throughout Nevada, California, and Idaho.
The formula (which includes the flavors of bitter orange, cinchona, gentian and mint) will move to Ferino for production in April 2025 and there will be no interruption in availability.
